**Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
– Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
– Assist in bookkeeping and data entry (experience in Peachtree is an advantage).
– Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements:**
– 5 CSEC/CXC passes, including Maths and English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
– Experience with Peachtree Accounting Software is an asset.
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
