Job Description

We’re Hiring: Insurance Agents (Afternoon/Night Shift)
Location: Chaguanas (In Office)
Shift Time: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Job Description:

Handle outbound and inbound calls for a US-based company.
Identify and qualify potential leads during customer interactions.
Ensure all communications meet the company’s quality and consistency standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 CSEC subjects (Grades 1–3), including English.
Any form of sales or call centre experience will be considered an asset.
Computer literate.
Key Qualities:

Self-motivated and confident.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Having a vehicle is an asset.
Additional Information:

Training will be provided.
