Tropics Gigs is a freelancing platform that connects freelancers with clients. We offer various tools to facilitate job listings, applications, project management, and secure payments.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree to use Tropics Gigs only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Post or share any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Interfere with the functioning of our platform.

Payments

All payments for services rendered must be made through our secure payment system. Tropics Gigs is not responsible for any payments made outside of our platform. By default, all prices are displayed in USD, however, at checkout, the currency can be switched to TTD.

Payment Methods

  • Freelancers: Can withdraw funds using bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
  • Employers: Can pay for services using bank transfer, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount for freelancers is $50.
  • Freelancers must verify their account to be eligible for withdrawals.
  • Tropics Gigs charges a 10% commission fee on all projects and services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tropics Gigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
